• Managing a team of 4 planners working on site on a JV Contract (ExxonMobil / Amec Foster Wheeler Santoprene TPV Project; BRT Project – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) with a tier one main contractor on a high end, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation development projects, consisting of a major regeneration of the area being built and installed with a project value over $1.3 Billion. Reporting directly into the Project Manager on site

Manage a portfolio of over 200 schemes and maintenance programmes. Provide support to schemes, assets and to programme managers in the areas of effective planning, scheduling, monitoring, forecasting and controlling various projects (G pharm Tech II and Novozymes Bio tech Projects – Denmark ,Strategic Highways Civil Construction Projects – United Kingdom , ENI Ship Yard Marine Project –Kazakhstan ) and ensuring that all necessary inputs (Materials and Resources) are available to implement the projects.

• Produce and monitor project plans during design, procurement, construction (M&E, E&I) and commissioning stages of assigned projects using Primavera, MS Project and Asta power project, with multiple contractors, multiple suppliers and multiple sequential projects (STATOIL - Oil Refinery - Norway; SEEF- Petroleum - Qatar; LISCO - Thermal Power Station - Libya; PETROINEOS - Grangemouth Refinery - United Kingdom, etc)

• Develop and manage all required planning reports, procedures and processes in conjunction with the project managers. Providing meaningful project planning, reporting and analysis on operational initiatives and take part in their implementation. • Participate in specific planning management CAPEX control audits, as required by senior management and clients.

• Worked on the Royal Dutch Shell account on tasks related to Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business cases. Defining project scope, managed project milestones, deliverables, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

• Used analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, plan and enhance supply chain processes. Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems, plan and develop recommendations which support SCM planning and operations. Lead a robust Sales and Operational Planning process.

• Ensure planning and scheduling is conducted according to the planning procedure. Provided support to management and ensure that all critical path activities are actualized • Manage workload of engineers and ensure adequately skilled resources are available. • Weekly / monthly progress reporting, preparation / maintenance of master schedule
