• Responsible for the financials/P&Ls of the business cases for all innovations/new products within the Snacks category including post launch evaluation and performance tracking • Challenging and partnering with various commercial stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Category Management, etc.) on achieving optimal profitability and realistic expectations for the innovations • Active involvement in system deployment of IBM Planning Analytics and SAP TPM as a subject matter expert on key financial processes

• Period-end top line reporting including accrual calculation; ownership of various reports for top line analysis and product mix understanding • Owner of the promotional reporting process and system, ensuring accurate reflection and communication of promotional performance throughout the BU • Broad financial ad hoc support on forecasting (iS&OP), reporting, planning and analysis • Direct reports: 1 intern every 6 months since mid-2018

• Developing effective procedures for identifying, analyzing, and clearing differences with the budget on a monthly basis • Analyzing the freight costs per trade lane (based on historical values) and suggesting new estimates used in the 2016 budget • Analyzing the sales realized in the BU's core markets per distribution channel and per region and preparing the corresponding report
