-Define and put in place the overall organization, tools, methodologies, Governance, reporting, SLAs to support a leading Aerospace major in their 120+ applications testing and software deployment while leading a team of 25 FTE’s spread across near shore and offshore -Responsible for managing Test Lifecycles and successful deployments of Software/Toolset upgrades -Led strategic initiatives for continuous improvement & ensuring deliveries of strategic testing engagements with improved customer satisfaction

- Developed a QA team of 30 Manual and automation Test engineers at offshore(India) and onshore(USA), for a newly acquired engagement worth $5M dollars with Microsoft to test the transactions involved in Microsoft Incentives and rebates program dealing with complex financial data. - Defined and Setup test framework, automation tools, standards and protocols for the new test automation environment after working on several pilot applications.

- Gathered business requirements, reviewed Functional Specification Documents for Use Cases. - Developed functional and database architecture and design for the project. - Developed and maintained web application modules in C#.Net and ASP.Net. - Used N-tier architecture for presentation layer, the Business and Data Access Layers. - Written stored procedures, triggers using SQL in SQL SERVER 2005. - Worked intensely on the User Interface design and development.
