I work on complex banking system implementation projects/programs, & feasibility assessments in Hungary: - QA of a Globus/T24 implementation that replaced three back end solutions, - Senior Mngmnt Consultant in the definition of Operating Strategy of a major Bank, - Senior Mngmnt Consultant & QA of a Flexcube implementation preparation, - PM of the newly built core banking system pilot project, - Senior Consultant & QA of the feasibility assessment of a large-scale IT and business transformation.

I was involved in a number of complex banking system projects in CEE: - Senior Consultant on a BankMaster and BranchPower deployment in Hungary, - PM of an Atlas upgrade (Y2K and EUR compliant release) in the Czech Republic, - Senior Manager/QA of an ICBS implementation in the Czech Republic, - QA of Accenture’s NBA core banking system deployment in Poland, and - PM of an ICBS implementation planning and preparation in Bulgaria.

I worked on intelligent branch front-end system deployments in different banks, among others in Yugoslavia (Novosadska Banka, now Erste Bank Serbia, and Sabacka Banka), in Slovakia (VUB), and in Russia (Sberbank). I acted as Project Manager on these engagements, or provided Quality Assurance.
