Next to my regular job I teach Zumba Fitness classes two nights a week. I also sub classes and give workshops.

I was responsible for the recruitment and selection of interim professionals (permanent employees Yacht) and freelancers in Technology, Finance and Logistics & Procurement. My main clients were Sabic and DSM.

As Reintegration Consultant I guided and counseled clients in the process of reintegrating them into employment. These are mainly people that newly applied for social welfare benefits.

I worked as a Corporate Recruiter under the flag of AcconAVM, which outsourced its recruitment completely to Randstad. My responsibility was the entire recruitment process for 16 offices in the Southeast of the Netherlands.

I was hired to set up a recruitment department for the organisational unit BAS Zuid. This unit encompassed over 500 employees. I have recruited IT professionals, mainly for positions as: tester, test manager, project manager, requirements engineer, business analyst, software developer (Java, J2EE, .NET, C# etc.), software architect etc.
