• Participating in the coordination of the work package activities • Facilitating the evidence-based selection of a tiered chemical training sets, in vitro and preclinical in vivo models • Giving input on design of a comprehensive and searchable MIP-DILI central database • Helping to establish a raw data repository designed to gather raw project data • Literature search and compilation of public domain data • Evaluation of hepatotoxicity prediction models

Research topic: “Adverse drug reactions - Bioactivation to reactive intermediates and low-molecular weight trapping strategies”. Acquired techniques: •Analytical techniques: LC-MS/MS, Q-TOF, NMR, HPLC-UV/FL, UPLC, Prep-LC, UV-Vis spectroscopy; •Protein techniques: recombinant protein expression/purification including metal-affinity, size exclusion chromatography, solid-phase extraction; •Molecular Biology: DNA/RNA extraction, electrophoresis (agarose gel, PAGE, SDS-PAGE), DNA sequencing, DNA cloning;

• Developed and validated analytical methods applied in the International Pharmacopoeia • Involved in the analysis of drugs and pharmaceuticals as per monographs of European Pharmacopoeia. • Involved in the development of column classification system - characterisation and classification of stationary phases in reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Acquired techniques: HPLC, TLC-densitometry, physico-chemical properties, residual and formulation analysis

•Working in pharmaceutical technology laboratory and production of drugs in accordance with the official prescriptions •Using the Information System of Pharmaceutical Center, enabling the management and supervision of sales, financial control in accordance with legislation, exchange of information on new drugs •Direct contact with customers and patients, providing consultancy and drugs sales
