• Find and resolve gaps in existing implementation practice- from sales to implementation • In-house expert on ERP, CRM and Financial closing • C-level consultation for key customer accounts • Product owner for “Administration-as-a-service” • Enable key users on resolving customer requirements • Analyse open implementation and take them to closure • Train internal resources to gain system certifications

• Understand customer requirements and document in to action-oriented workflows. • Implement the proposed design through functional knowledge of NetSuite. • Document the solution developed into functional specifications. • Manage and prioritise sales opportunities, driving the entire cycle from sales pitch to discovery to requirements to closure to functional hand-over.
