Direct strategic planning and development for company's future web site. (Launching 8/08). Led 5 year multi-channel retail, business plan project that included merchandise assortment, fulfilment, customer service, systems integration, marketing plans, financial plans, and organization chart.

Managed and monitored apparel inventory allocation and replenishment to 275 stores for a $3 billion company. Helped design and put into operation the allocation department’s principal allocation/distribution tool. Actively participated in the development of a new planning and allocation division.

Utilized retail and project management skills to create and establish the operational infrastructure for a start up eCommerce operation. Initiated an internet marketing campaign to increase company sales and corporate exposure.

Full P&L responsibility for overall softlines merchandising and operations of 105 Super Centers with annual softlines sales over $800 million. Developed and implemented new business programs and product strategies.
