Since 2007 I have been working in the Claims and corporate recovery department of SACE, the Italian Export Credit Agency. In particular, I have been involved in the collection of medium-long term commercial credit. All claims are unique and will not follow the same pattern: this means that I have learnt to customize the activity to be made on every single claim. I believe that to be successful on a collection you need to discover the conflict and resolve the related issues.
