Building up and thriving a team of Program and Project Managers in Product Operations supporting strategic and/or complex (cross-tribe) Product initiatives, system migrations and transformation programs for one of Delivery Hero’s Product & Tech units; overseeing the Product Portfolio, incl. the most important/strategic initiatives to foster platform wide transparency and allow for prioritization & ranking of initiatives as well as regular status reporting

Establishing global project frameworks in order to ensure quality standards and effective communication as well as leverage company-wide synergies; providing project excellence via advisory services and the provision of a toolkit and execution of relevant training and other required formats, e.g. retrospectives as well as building up a global project community, implementing a change management function that completes an holistic project management approach

Dealing with the compliance of the requirements arising from the Payment Service Direction 2 (PSD2) legislative, incl. the development of new business areas, the expansion of existing functional scopes and foundation of a new payment company; advising on the implementation of new financial services (e.g. wallet)

Managerial responsibility of the Eastern Region team, optimization of existing/development of new airline partnerships, i.e. Interline/SPA/Codeshare/JB, preparation of revenue reports for management board, development of long-term vision and strategic focus of airline partnerships

Realization of synergy effects in commercial area through cooperation with other European airline partners, implementation of measures to achieve yield increase, support of development of a Shared Service Center

Implementation of a oneworld Alliance structure at Air Berlin, interface function between Air Berlin and oneworld in close cooperation with the SVP Alliances & Cooperation, lateral guidance of various functional departments to grant successful implementation of alliance wide projects

Internal/External project coordination with various functional departments to supervise existing and implement new Interline, SPA & Codeshare partnerships with other airlines, support of commercial negotiations and contract management, monitoring of existing partnerships, technical implementation of Interline E-Ticketing agreements with other airline partners
