 Appling standards and codes like ASME section VIII Div. 1, TEMA, API-650, IBR-1950 etc., client’s standards and specifications to prepare drawings and design calculations of Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchangers, etc. within stipulated project schedule.  Preparing TDC and Manufacturers Data Reports etc. documents as per ASME U-stamp requirements and get approval from Authorized Inspector.  Co-ordination with workshop to resolve technical queries.

 Preparing model and design calculations for structural and mechanical strength of Static equipment by using by using PV Elite, CodeCalc, Nozzle Pro, Stadd Pro, AutoCAD, and Excel spreadsheets etc.  Drawing and Design review of Pressure Vessels, Mounded Storage Vessels, Heat exchangers, Tanks, Cryogenic vessels, columns etc. as per ASME Section VIII Div.1/2, PD5500, TEMA, IBR-1950, SMPV Rules2016, EN-13458-2, EN-13530-2, CGA-341, EEMUA-190, API-650, IS-2825, IS-803 and IS-10987 etc.

 Estimation of the static equipments.  Appling standards and codes like ASME section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, IBR etc. and standards like EIL, Petrofac, Jacobs etc. and preparing drawings and preliminary design calculations for manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchangers, etc. within a stipulated project schedule.  Communication & co-ordination with the Marketing and Project team.  Co-ordination with workshop to resolve technical queries.

 Preparing, Checking and releasing error free production drawings GA drawing, equipment layout drawing, detail drawings for manufacturing Pressure Vessel, Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchanger, etc. within stipulated project schedule.  Understanding client standard and specification to fulfill their requirement.  Communication & co-ordination with clients to resolve technical queries.
