Helping VATM Corporation regarding ATM/CNS/MET systems which needs to be installed at Long Thanh International Airport at Ho Chi Minh City.

Teaching military cadets (pilots) of Khalifa Bin Zayeed Air College on Mathematics, Physics and Avionics.

Dealing with all aspects of ATSEP training in ANSP in accordance with GCAA CAR VIII, Subpart 5 (CAR-CNS) and ICAO DOC 10057 requirements. In addition, I was doing job of Internal Auditor for GCAA CAR VIII Subpart 5. Due to the lack of Quality Manager, I was doing also his duties.

Teaching students on EASA Part 66 Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4. In addition I was teaching “Analogue and Digital Electronics”, “Engineering System Design” and “Safety Engineering Management”.

Part of the Senior Management of regional airline, managing activities of Quality and Safety Management Systems in daily operations. Overall present Quality and Safety Management System was adapted to the size and operational requirements of the airline and the MRO under my supervision.

Dealing with QMS/QA/QC aspects in the company which is one of the leading in Europe in manufacturing of printed circuits boards. I prepared documentation, did implementation and maintenance of ISO/TS 16949 and AS 9100 (EN 9100) standards. Also I integrated them with already implemented ISO 9001.

As part of Team I was helping DGCA of India in implementation of all regulatory oversight activities (training of inspectors and producing necessary documentation) regarding Safety and Quality Management in the CNS area.

Dealing with all Safety and Quality issues from the Regulatory point of view (assessment, certification, SMS/QMS audit, gathering and analyzing safety data and information, assessment of the Safety Cases, ESARRs and SAM implementation, etc…).

My job was dealing with all aspects of planning and development of the overall ATM/CNS system in Republic of Macedonia. I was Project Manager for more than 10 projects worth around 6 million Euros.

Under my supervision or with my direct involvement were realized all projects for change of all old NAVAIDs in Macedonia.

Technical Manager My job was operational management. There was direct involvement of spreading the paging network in Macedonia and installation of AT&T telephone PBX for customers.

I was responsible for spreading the TV/UHF network of relays in Macedonia. During this period I was engaged in the activities for installations of 12 and maintenance of all TV, VHF and UHF transmitters and relays at the mountains of Republic of Macedonia.
