Analyzed and interpreted alpha diversity and beta diversity among two groups across different time intervals. Analyzed and interpreted the whole metagenomic data from COVID-19 samples of rural and urban populations.

Worked on a metagenomics project by mapping the reads to ResFinder to identify the antimicrobial resistance genes. Further, Kraken is used to identify the bacterial taxa. Optimized CI/CD pipelines across 11 projects for continuous integration and delivéry to production environments. Executed metadata collection strategies as sample information by analyzing metrics into bioinformatic pipelines.

Evaluation of performance of Microsatellite Instability detection tools in targeted sequencing data: To evaluate the performance of Microsatellite Instability (MSI) detection tools. To calculate the tumour purities, in-silico dilution fractions are performed using Python. Further subsampling of MSI+ samples is achieved to evaluate the performance, and the R programming language is used for analyzing the variance among algorithms.
