I am currently working as a part of the Investment Team in a boutique Real Estate Private Equity firm (Avenue Venture Partners) at Mumbai. I am involved in structuring and execution of deals. I also take care of post deal monitoring process of the fund which includes valuing the properties on timely manner. I am also involved in fund raising activities, for domestic and FDI, both.

I was working in DTZ as Senior Manager in Advisory services and I was responsible for planning, performing execution in critical areas and review the work papers of the team members, maintain client relationship and prepare deliverables for the directors.

Part of the Transaction Advisory Group as Assistant Manager, I was responsible for planning, performing execution in critical areas and review the work papers of the team members, maintain client relationship and prepare deliverables for the managers and directors.

Part of the Audit team as an Executive, I was responsible for executing the critical areas and prepare deliverables for the managers and partners. I have efficiently conducted statutory audit, limited reviews, tax audit for Healthcare, IT & ITES, BPO, Manufacturing & service sector.
