Led remote troubleshooting and maintenance, supported product development and software integration, and trained Project and AMC Engineers on design documents and system operation.

Project Engineer in railway SCADA and substation automation, responsible for engineering system requirements, configuring RTUs and communication relays, and integrating them with existing control infrastructure. Managed installation and commissioning of SCADA systems and over 200 RTU panels, including secure IEC 104 over TCP/IP networks, ensuring high availability of MS SQL based historian databases and delivering customer training to enable reliable, safe operation.
