In my role I am guiding our IT team through the entire lifecycle of numerous digital projects. These include customer-facing applications, including our Web Portal, iPhone and Android App, as well as essential backend systems such as our in-house CRM solution (end-user, order and liquidity management), transaction monitoring tools, and interfaces to external systems/tools. Our approach is grounded in the principles of agile methodology, specifically Kanban. I am also responsible for the project portfolio.

Product Owner During my 4-year as a Product Owner at IBMiX, I successfully led different IT teams in the development of diverse projects for various IBMiX clients. These projects typically involved budgets exceeding 1 million € and project times from 6 months up to 2 years. Agile methodologies were predominantly used. I led project though various phases from conception, implementation and project closure. Responsibilities: budget controlling, project planning and execution, requirement engineering.

Created a Gmbh in Slovenia, where I was building Wordpress webpages and managed Facebook Ads (Facebook and Instagram paid marketing) for various clients. I also created a online web shop for selling fashion items, jewellery and trending products (mainly drop-shipping and some in-stock items). I created the online shop based on Wordpress and Woocommerce.
