• Management of the project by QCD objectives (given by the company management) from the beginning until the commercial launch • Reporting of the project progress to the company management • Management of the project team (about 10 persons) • Interface between the project and internal / external partners (factory, brand, suppliers, …)

· Development and management of the project schedule from the beginning until the commercial launch · Schedule / logistic / purchase coordination with the Mitusbishi project team · Resource budget management (300 to 400 persons) and Prototype budget management (10 M€) · Development and management of the commercial launch with the brands and the plant Languages : cooperation with Mitsubishi in English and as the plant is in Spain exchange with its employees in spanish

· Management of the product / process updates (quality reactivity, technical saving, product innovation, …) from the requirement to its range execution in the factory · Presentation of the milestones (in the presence of the segment director) necessary for the advance of each matter · Project management of the C5 restyling

· Schedule management of the project within its industrial phase · Factory flows optimization · Crisis management with the factory and priorities management with the brands

· Monitoring of the reworking activities with the respect of the targets · Preparation of the reworking activities · Crisis management (quality, suppliers, …) first supervision experience
