- Set up financial products (loan lease, PPA) for residential and commercial end-customers of the dealers' network in the main EU countries. - Implement loan partnerships with the banks: select the bank partner, negotiate the contract, implement the product, onboard the dealers and train area managers and salesmen.

- In charge of reporting, marketing analysis and benchmarking for the subsidiary’s marketing department and the headquarters in Paris - Responsible for the business controlling: definition and follow-up of private customers’ rebates (annual budget: 12 M CHF). Participation in the marketing strategy - Responsible for the follow-up and analysis of customer marketing studies

- Participated in consulting and communication missions in sustainable development strategy for large companies and public institutions - Analysis and benchmarking of the firms specialized in consulting in sustainable development
