    TODTech is a supplier of Apple for production equipment (assembly and tests). My role there was to take in machine requirements from Apple, translate them for the team to design a prototype, follow-up and report development, and eventually have the machine qualified and produced. Notably I helped to develp 340pcs a machine which is used to assemble the Home button of the iPhone 5S, and which features a 6-axis robot arm; PO > USD 10M.

    Power Ethernet is a start-up company developing feature-rich PLC (PowerLine Communications) wall sockets. My job there was to manage the complete development - from concept, to manufacture - of the products hardware. I personally designed their electronics to feature high connectivity (Fast Ethernet switch, 802.11n WiFi, USB, audio out, etc.), led design houses for the mechanics, had the products prototyped and approved for the UK market, and eventually conceived and implemented their production lines.

    LEA is a global leader for xDSL splitters and in-door PLC solutions. I joined them to introduce an IP-DSLAM to production in China, and then later on built a team of PLC (Powerline Communications) experts in the China office, to support development and manufacture of the product range. LEA used to ship over 2M units per year and was second to Devolo as a PLC leader.

    Specifications of OPS (Optical Packet Switching) edge router. Achievements: defined architecture, simulated hi-speed interface, collected specs.
