Observing the general operation of the factory, assembly line, body of vehicle, cataphoresis coating and production planning in plant management department. Getting familiar with Marketing & Sales Department and customer request forms in Research & Development Department.

Completed internship in the quality, production and purchasing departments of the newly established factory. The experience about aluminum die casting process in the automotive industry, quality management systems and quality certificates were gained.

Introducing steelmaking, electric arc furnace, heat treatment, rolling units, machining and metal cutting departments. Performing chemical analyses for steel and carrying about mechanical tests such as tensile, torsion and bending in the quality department.

Examining mould processing, mould production, a pattern of the mould, shaping and forming of the mould in the factory and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines and their software programs.
