� Working closely with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality nonconformities and prevent recurrence � Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of their manufacturing processes and quality management systems � Working closely with the R&D and Production Teams to have better understanding of the products, such as PCBAs, electronic components and various electronic cabinets.

� Leading audit for suppliers regarding evaluating level of environmental friendly production � Auditing purchasing department about checking validity of TIER1 suppliers' quality certifications, such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO9001 � Preparing quality management reviews, conducting annual VRE (Vendor Rate Environment) � Improvement of internal way of working processes to increase efficiency � Supporting purchasing department regarding quality and environmental issues

� Leading Supplier Quality Agreement, Engineer Change Agreement, and Supplier Quality Performance Evaluation preparation processes � Leading supplier-related problem-solving activities, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA activities � Organizing and supervising periodic supplier visits, as well as system process inspections and storing records � Following 8D process for defected parts including root cause finding, CAPA process, and implementation of correction to prevent occurrence again

� Responsible for customer complaints evaluation and informing related departments � Following 8D process for defected parts including root cause finding, CAPA process, and implementation of correction to prevent occurrence again � Responsible for supporting production department conducting studies on FMEA, and 8D report � Understanding customer expectations for production parts and preparation of a product quality control checklist to meet the expectations
