Responsible for hydrogen fuel-cell injector (HGI). Coordination of product, process, and customer quality activities from initial samples to series production. Ensured full compliance with design changes, manufacturing standards, and customer requirements, successfully achieving zero defects reported by customers post-launch. Responsible for diesel injector (CRI). Coordination of customer complaints acting as main technical interface for customers. Coordination of internship program in quality department.

Led Complaint Management Process in Curitiba plant. Mentored junior engineers on quality methodologies. Redesigned and digitalized Complaint management workflow to improve transparency, strengthen 8D quality, reduce bureaucracy and cut customer response time by 60% within the 8D execution. Project later presented globally as benchmark. Task force coordination to manage a product quality crisis. Served as quality interface for the new vacuum pump launch, ensuring all quality milestones.

Prepared annual Quality Performance Review for the Board of Directors, analyzing and reporting on critical KPIs such as defect cost, customer complaints, audit non-conformities, supplier performance, new launches and customer satisfaction. Responsible for quality-related activities for diesel pumps and injectors manufactured in Curitiba. Achieved Shainin certification.

Implemented new digital warranty analysis process, eliminating delayed reports to customers and streamlined lab workflow. Served as the main technical interface for Bosch plants in Europe and India on quality complaints involving mechanical pumps and injectors across LATAM, leading root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and negotiations on repair and warranty costs.

Internship Project: Reduction of quality reporting (KPI/KPR) complexity by 70% through dashboard consolidation.

Performed failure analysis and material testing of automotive components and lubricity tests for fuels (HFRR).
