- Coordination of production lines, making production plan according to availability of raw materials, inventories and customer demands; - Forecast material requirements and ensure that materials are ordered and delivered in a timely manner - The supervision of the delivery of orders directly to the customers - Successful relationship management with internal and external suppliers - Drive cost efficiencies through forecasting accuracy, inventory management and tracking logistic KPI-s.

- Creation and review of import and export documents according to legal requirements; - Definition, follow up of standards related to import and export processes; Providing standards/solution to reduce customs duties; - Creation and monitoring of master data for preferential calculation of the final products - Coordinate and monitor work of customs broker, and other 3rd parties - Optimisation and monitoring of customs related processes such as Inhouse customs clearance, authorised exporter

- Coordination and monitoring of customs clearance process for In- and outbound and insurance of correct and fast clearance; - Monitoring of customs broker regarding clearance process, master data, performance and invoicing; - Coordinate dispatch process in Outbound warehouse - Confirmation of customer orders, making invoices and oder shipping documents in SAP; - Communication with customs broker, transport forwarders, customer; - Organising transport time window for loading from outbound warehouse.

- Reconciliation warehouse stocks between FCA Serbia and its subcontractor; - Controlling and managing preferential origin of imported goods; - Working with logistics providers to ensure the efficient functioning of a supply chain; - Calculation of customs draw back duties and presenting reports to Customs authorities; - Creation of export and import customs clearance documentation as a Customs agent
