- Project & risk management of Design to spec project - Lead, coordinate and follow-up the corporate project teams for the assigned projects in order to accomplish the defined short- and long-term objectives - Central point of contact concerning the assigned projects for internal and external stakeholders - Align the involved departments with regards to the project objectives - Report on regular basis to the executive board on the project status ( Budget , Quality, Planning and Issues& Risks)

- Project management :Lead team members into improving on schedule, budget and quality - Coordinate all analysis and all defined corrective actions. - Give guidelines and steer project teams towards clear and realistic solutions - Be contact between team members/ rest of organization and customer (Airbus fr, Bombardier, Boeing) - Keep track of implementations on all actions/activities defined so that project deliverables/objectives will be obtained.

- Mechanical Project Management (Processes and products development) - Metal forming process (ex: Car wheels rims) development using FEA - knowledge transfer into small and medium enterprise - Software used: Msc.Marc, pack office.

- Mechanical studies on Aircraft engine rotating parts (CFM56) - Projects management (mechanical projects using finite element analysis with outsourcing companies) - Technical support in production and in the civil engines on service (technical advice on the parts out of tolerance, development of criteria bases to process out of tolerances parts, development of repair solutions) -Software used: Msc.Patran (FEM), Samcef, Toscane, pack Office
