Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring, Follow-up of the employee from the recruitment process to the orientation and trial period, Conducting and improving training processes, Monthly reporting of Human Resources data. I take an active role in the process of bringing SAP Success Factors' Employee Center, Performance and Training(LMS) modules from conceptual studies to live and using them.
