Business architect in transformation of İşbank’s overall technological platform into Service Oriented Architecture which was consulted by McKinsey. I took part in the "demand and project portfolio process improvement" and "enterprise architecture governance design" projects as process owner. Actively took part in business capability map design, heat map analysis and redesign of architectural blueprint.

Worked for process and data management team. Participated in the establishment of process architecture and conceptual data architecture of the bank. Gained experience as process architect in commercial loans and collections&recovery processes.

Participated in Customer Centric Transformation Project (MOD). Worked for enterprise improvement workstream. Gained experience in BPR and reorgonization of head office departments

Worked as a team member in different projects in the process and project management unit: centralization of insurance operations; data qality improvement; deployment and certification of ISO 9001 Management System at Shared Services Center
