Manage buying department, Retail and E-tail for 6 categories: Small and Large Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, IT, Telecom, Accessories. Negotiate purchasing contracts and commercial terms with suppliers. Create and execute category management policy: category & range definition, price, promotion. Manage supply chain: plan and monitor supply activities.

Coordinate the Purchasing department, Retail and E-tail for 6 categories: Small and Large Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, IT, Telecom, Accessories. Deliver results on monthly and quarterly KPIs targets. Define and implement promotional plan.

Retail strategy: develop network plans: new openings, refits, define layouts for large format outlets (share of categories, product assortment, promotional displays). Promotional strategy: Define promotional plan (launches, end-of-life, regular promotions) and approve product assortment per store clusters. KPIs definition and monitoring. Stock management: optimize product line-up and allocation at store level.

Manage Purchasing dpt: CE & ICT: Brown goods: TV, audio-video, White Goods: MDA,SDA, IT: notebooks, peripherals, software, GSM, Accessories. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms with suppliers (e.g. Samsung, Sony, LG, Philips, Toshiba, Electrolux, Beko, Whirlpool, Asus, Acer, HP, Microsoft, Hama). Make budgets on categories (sales, margin, stock turnover, ageing). Setup buying policies (assortment, suppliers/brands, pricing, promotions). Setup processes, procedures and reports for purchasing.

Define common projects and negotiate with international suppliers for CEE countries e.g. Whilpool, SEB (Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex), Electrolux, Gorenje, Bosch, Siemens, Philips. Define and supervise the implementation of private label in East UE countries (e.g.: Alaska). Manage the international procurement budget at regional level.

Develop and manage the products assortment: refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen and cooking appliances, heating and cooling appliances, personal care, vacuum cleaners Develop the OEM assortment (Far East sourced) Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers Settle promotional plan and coordinate the team for implementation

List products, place orders to suppliers, check the inventory on store level, transfers of inventory Implement promotions: Metro leaflet, in-store promotions implementation Check invoice prices

Daily contact with the dealers – issue invoices, supervise deliveries. Product reports for subsidiaries, office equipment exhibitions, competition surveys.
