Responsible to ensure OIT Infrastructure services are delivered in the most efficient and cost effective manner by focusing on improvements, optimization of all TSSC OIT Infrastructure services and cross functional consolidation of activities.

Leading project team, working on projects delivery, managing projects financials & stakeholders relationships , using professional concepts & theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education & previous experience, developing expertise & practical knowledge of applications within business environment, providing information, analysis & recommendations in support of team efforts & exercising independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of MAXIMO IBM project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

As a project coordinator, provide end-to-end ownership for all DSL service orders delivered within country of responsibility within committed timeframes to include order validation, order tracking, equipment shipment ordering & tracking, technician’s scheduling, overall order management and accurate progress reports

Assist in building up a well-structured organization chart and setting up operating procedures through implementing an automated system to facilitate monitoring and controlling over Co. vehicles, planning route and stations, scheduling shifts and developing penalties and Incentives lists.
