- Managed 12 employees across three departments: Treasury Department, Analytical Department and IT Department - Changed the managerial accounting so that it will be closer to IFRS standards - Introduced new financial instruments to the Treasury Department: bonds, Central Bank overnight credits, repo, trading currency on stock exchange, currency swaps on exchange - Introduced a new backup system that replaced the old magnetic tape system, thus making backups ten times more reliable
