Order-to-Invoice Automation Leader & CS / Logistics Specialist Latin America North Region • Management of the pipeline of automation opportunities in the region (OTC process) • Responsible for the shipments coordination for multinational customers in Latin America North Region (air, ocean, inland freight and consignment) • Accountable for a portfolio with annual sales of USD 40 million • CPFR with key accounts and monitoring of slow movers • Reconciliation of inventories for consignment sales

• Responsible for communicating metrics and KPI’s in boards and electronic media sources of the site (Visual factory at the shop floor) • Collaboration on Six Sigma projects to improve production lines (increase OEE and reduce Cycle time) • Value stream mapping and process documentation in the production lines
