Acting as CEO of local subsidiary, was responsible for its P&L, KPI matrix, connected sales & marketing, leadership of marketing function, strategic and business planning and investment across the subsidiary. Also responsible for market intelligence and identifying new business growth opportunities, developing and promoting understanding of subsidiary objectives (by customer segment), short- and long-term goals, optimizing business processes and org-structure.

Responsibilities: management of PSG and SPO teams, P&L, business and marketing strategy, implementation of sales and marketing activities for PSG in Ukraine, coordinate marketing activities across BGs within SPO Ukraine; HP’s representation with key stakeholders; overall PSG supply chain performance in Ukraine; direct involvement in key strategic B2B deals. PSG category support for 12 CIS countries.

Established local branch office and indirect distribution channel in Ukraine. Management and development of APC business in Ukraine and Moldova that supported growth to annual volume above $5M.

Managed software development (for Ukrainian, Russian, Swiss and German customers), s/w localization, assembling PC, servers, sales, installation of networks, maintenance, support and repair services.

Provided maintenance and support services for IT equipment as well as consulting services for EC and World Bank missions.

Software development including Criminal Database record system and Information System for Road Police. Installation of networks and network administration.

Worked in the field of artificial intelligence as a knowledge engineer.
