As part of feratel's product managers team my task was to persue development of feratel's web-based server application WebClient by collecting and prioritizing market needs and transferring them into technical requirements that found expression in its features, functionalities, and extensions. Together with other modules it is part of feratel's newest information and reservation system Deskline 3.0 used by many top tourism destinations in Austria and other European countries.

With the help of a great team I could count on I took over tasks and project responsibility for the national tourism information and reservation system feratel has deployed in Slovenia on a nation-wide basis. Beside of collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing needs it was part of my tasks to provide support in very different ways. To translate system content was part of my tasks as well as to submit projects in response to public invitations to tender and to be part of a nation-wide system migration.

The project I was part of was to set up the centralized information and reservation system for Slovenia on a nation-wide level with feratel as the technial solution provider under the umbrella of the STB (Slovenian Tourist Board) and the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. feratel's system has been seamlessly integrated into the national Slovenian tourism portal slovenia.info and other regional tourism portals like lto-sotocje.si, maribor-pohorje.si and many more.
