•Chairman of the Management Operation Risk Committee which oversee all aspects of Operational and Fraud Risk of the Bank. Implement mitigating measures and report/recommend to Board. Member of ALCO and represent the Bank in trilateral meeting with Bank of Mauritius. •Ensuring best practices are known and implemented in procurement, operations, risk management and regulatory compliance. •Managing and coordinating all projects, foster coordination between front and back-office to ensure success.

•All branch managers, relationship officer and credit officer and analyst report to me. •Head of Corporate and SME Business Banking Unit. •Contribute to overall revenue and targets of the Bank. •To support CEO/Regional Office in formulating and implementing business strategy, annual targets and initiatives. •Coaching and training of team members, analysts, Relationship Managers and Branch Managers and providing credit advice.

•Attended to client requests of various type and conduct preliminary assessment to accurately evaluate requests, risks and impact on pricing. •Approved/present client file to appropriate delegation powers/committee for approval. •Recommended to Head of Group Risk detailed action plans/reengineering propositions/recovery scenarios to recover credits or mitigate credit risks within agree delays.
