Project Consultant holding a CAPM certification from PMI with an experience in planning and controlling project cost of IT, Business Finance, Shared Services and GBS. Creating, handling and managing cost integrated projects and supporting in cost management, scope management, project schedule management and stakeholder management are my area of expertise. I take a strong approach of PDCA cycle in each phases for the successful implementation of projects and can easily adapt in project-oriented, virtual or hybrid organisational structure. I have contributed in process optimisation and simplification and always have an eye for process improvement and automation. Extensive working knowledge of Maconomy, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, ARIBA, Sharepoint and working knowledge of other software tools like Jedox, Baseware and PowerBI On top of everything, I am also a language and culture enthusiast.
