1) Assist in planning, coordinating and executing engineering projects like making of PVC Tufting Machine, Hydraulic Press, Stone Crusher and Guillotine Machine. 2) Basic knowledge in material inspection, dimensional check, and documentation as per construction material standards such as ASME/ASTM SA 106, SA 515 etc 3) Analyse sketch and drawings of machine parts and design into 3D models using advanced software like CATIA V5.

1) Learn the manufacturing and production process of Thermo Mechanically treated Steel Bars by using Quenching & Self treated technology (QST). 2) Obtained practical learning of metallurgical process assimilates the heat treatment & water hardening. 3) Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. 4) Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
