Led modules (e.g. Rollout planning including IT strategy, market & competitor analysis, selection of a JV partner) of a highly significant strategic project sponsored by Chairman & CEO of Munich Re which focussed on entry of Munich Re Group in Indian insurance market and setting up Non-Life Joint Venture operation in India. On success of project, received an appreciation letter & bonus from the Board of Management of Munich Re and best performance appraisal out of 300 employees in IT department

Led a small team of developers responsible for the software design and development of some of inhouse applications. Main tasks were: • Resource planning • Requirement analysis • Application development • Planning of releases
