In this role I am responsible for the development of the companies specialised recruitment focus by developing relationships with the niche market it has chosen. I also have developed and continue to imporve the recruitment and vetting process for staff placed by the agency.

My role here is to oversee the development of our Emotional Resilience training and coaching models around the world.

In this position I am responsible for the development of the Nexus Student Services project - a support program for foreign students studying in Australia (www.nexusstudentservices.com). As well as overseeing the further development of the colleges Language Centre (NLC.NexusCollege.com.au) and the Colleges Continuous Professional Development training arm.

In this role I work closely with the Principal Consultant of the firm to assist clients of the business grow their businesses and build on opportunities current market factors are provideing their individual businesses.

My role within this company is to oversee the development of intellectual property and coaching/education resource tools designed to assist consultants within the firm to better serve the clients of the business.

In this position I am an active Director performing on-site consulting with clients of the company, as well as assisting a small management team that monitors and develops the out-sourced consulting team who facilitate the work of the company.

This is the name of my private practice where I provide clinical support services and coaching models for clients from my suites in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane / Gold Coast, Hong Kon,g Singapore & KL.

Star Staff was a professional labour hire firm within the hospitality and retail industries. The company specialised in providing expert staff able to pick up the overflow demand on companies during their peak seasons. I was part of the founding team and we took the company from a small group of 20 staff assisting local catering firms to being a large national provider with contracts to support multi-national groups.

YSP was a peer based organisation involveing young adults in work within the community from arts projects to political activism. My role was to managed the peer based teams to ensure they reached their objectives and spent corporate sponsorship dollars "correctly" - I also did the dollar chasing and much of the face-to-face political activism with various levels of government.

YSS was small team of youth development experts whose role was to ensure the development of parish based youth work for the Brisbane Catholic Archdiocese; as well as represent young peoples issues within various levels of the church and general community throughout Australia. My role was to co-ordinate development across a number of parishes (more then 100) and to be the teams represenatives on various committees and project groups.

This was my dad's business and how I spent my holidays away from baording school - helping him out in the office in various roles. It was a good basis for business as it taught me how to read financials and plan business growth through an accounting model.
