• Provided administrative and investigative support to AML and Fraud teams in accordance with the FIC Act and financial crime requirements. • Captured, monitored and maintained fraud and AML cases within internal and external compliance systems. • Supported investigations through evidence gathering, document preparation, data collection and case tracking. • Collected & analysed Customer Due Diligence (CDD) information supporting AML reviews and goAML reporting.
