While a full time Category Insights manager for INVISTA and part time graduate student at Georgia Tech, I initiated and lead the construction of multiple data products and developed a strategy to build out an analytics capability for INVISTA. As part of this initiative, I identified & solved a core technology gap, culminating in a $100,000 investment for a long-term solution and initiated and directed a project that unearthed a $60 million business opportunity.

Using data from sales systems, Adobe Analytics, TraQline, and various other sources, I lead teams of 4 to 5 people in identifying customer pain points on the Tools and Hardware pages of Homedepot.com and implementing strategies by which to solve them.

As a contract analyst, I answered ad-hoc requests for my team & its partners. After only two weeks at work, I assumed responsibility for daily reporting on the homepage during the holiday season-- the most important time of year for retail companies such as Home Depot. I also lead the online Help Center project, identifying key pain points & devising solutions. Part of this strategy included a year long project to build infrastructure and provide an online customer service platform.

The Georgia Tech MS Analytics is an interdisciplinary program that combines the fields of computer science, industrial engineering, and business to better leverage data for decision making.
