Responsible for international training of talent and acquisition professionals in advanced internet research, Boolean logic, social media strategies, diversity recruiting and other industry specific verticals. Trainings were held both in person, privately and online. Responsible for developing new course material for advanced internet sourcing and social media courses. This new material helps set strategic and tactical methods for online sourcing in the staffing industry.

Retained search contract through Moxy.

Severed a three month retained search contract with Dave Ramsey’s Lampo Group. Responsibilities were to help build their recruiting team, redefine recruiting strategy, build candidate pipeline, data analysis, sourcing from marketing research, establish advanced sourcing methods, and lead recruiting and social media recruiting efforts in relation to Dave Ramsey Careers. Provided leadership, inspiration, management and coaching to our recruiting team.

Proactively developed creative passive recruiting strategies and social media recruiting initiatives to increase community awareness to drive passive and active candidates into the CHS hiring process.
