Founder of Consortio Recruitment Group. A business designed to offer specialist recruitment services to the Maritime, Shipping, Marine and Oil & Gas markets. I am individual who passionately believers in working closely to partner with our clients and offer a transparent and honest service.

I spent 3 years working in the maritime sector before moving across to build our start up Oil and Gas department. I worked my way up from recruiting on the cold face to running a department of 22 and sitting on the board of Directors for the business. I worked internationally with a mixture of blue chip oil majors, EPC's through to SME's. My ethos was to build long standing client relationships whilst aggressively expanding our interests with new and valuable customers especially outside of the UK.
