The setting of the simulation environment for SRAM memories using SYNOPSYS XA. Those characterizations had to be performed on several SRAM Memories macros and also for many corners. In the first part of my internship, I worked exactly on five hundreds (500) SRAM memory macros and had to run simulations for about ten (10) corners for each memory. So I had to run more than five thousands XA simulations and analyze every timing result before sorting them in an excel sheet array for the datasheet

My project during this internship was to evaluate methods and tools for timing characterization on complete SRAM and ROM memory macros by running some simulations with two simulators (TITAN & SYNOPSYS XA) and then compare the results.
