In my role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Instituto Superior Técnico, I led the development of innovative AI-driven approaches for integrating electric vehicle and vessel charging stations into urban and rural areas. By creating a simulation environment to predict optimal locations for EV chargers and testing smart charging algorithms, I aimed to minimize grid resource impact while providing economic benefits to consumers.
