Assists in the development and implementation of emergency procedures. Complies with all Corporate Fire, Life & safety and security management guidelines and procedures. Completes proper documentation and reports all Fire & Life Safety audit & Safety checklists. Handles guest problems and complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. Identifies and makes recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices.

Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment. • Promotes safe practices at the job site • Enforces safety guidelines and Safety Campaign. • Closeout all site observation report and prepared action plan. • Conduct drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations • Reports to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations. • Assist manager to prepare HSE Management Policy and all of the Safety related document and monthly HSE report.
