Sherlin is a Partner with Withers in its Litigation & Arbitration Practice. Sherlin specialises in international commercial arbitration and has advised clients in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, on all aspects of cross-border disputes. Sherlin is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong and admitted to the Bars of California and New York. Sherlin is native in English and Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Spanish and German.

Sherlin was a member of the CMS International Arbitration Group. With a focus on international commercial arbitration she has significant experience advising on disputes involving, in particular, western and eastern parties. Sherlin is particularly experienced in construction disputes, commodities disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, the pharmaceutical industry, sale and purchase agreements, and the aviation industry.

Helped to establish the New York office. Case management of 120+ international arbitration matters focused in the North American region. Assisted with the scrutiny of arbitral awards, monitored all aspects of the arbitral proceeding to ensure a smooth arbitral procedure.
