SAP Cloud SuccessFactors Employee Central certified Consultant with experience in end-to-end Employee Central implementation. Further I have worked on ERP HCM business process analysis, re-engineering and systems implementation projects. I have worked directly with SAP development center and have an overall experience of 10+ years in various SAP HCM modules.

I have worked as team lead in HCM projects. The team was responsible for supporting the modules of HCM like LSO, Travel management, performance management, personal administration, organisation management. The support involves issue analysis by debugging and then providing code corrections. Analysing the customising to fit the customer requirements. Support client specific workflows. Also help basis with SP upgrade and testing.

Here I was responsible for support and development of various SAP HCM modules like Learning Solution, Personal administration, Organization management and US legal reports, US master data. In this tenure I have delivered 200+ notes and resolved 400+ OSS messages raised by global SAP Customers. I was responsible for maintenance of releases ECC 46B, 46C, 500, 600, 602, 603, 604, 606, 607 for the above modules.

I was trained in Jave and worked on tools like Documentum, Microsoft Sharepoint and Adobe lifecycle designer. I created adobe interactive forms.
