General task: Recruitment of front office employees (Customer Service Representatives and Operation Managers) for the German, UK and Central Eastern European department. Specific tasks: •Screening of cv’s, conduct phone intakes, organize infosessions, organize and guide assessment centers and conduct face to face interviews in order to select and hire qualified candidates to support the business needs •Build up and improve a recruitment strategy in line with the business needs; •Review & plan staffing need

Administration of employment processes; first point of contact for employee’s, recruitment office’s and candidates; create and distribute employment-related correspondence; maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in database; maintain job postings on internal and external job board websites; provide administrative support to HR Manager and HR advisors
