Defects are analyzed by cross-sectioning of the test coupons and inspection under optical microscope and Focused Ion Beam/ Scanning Electron Microscope. Test Coupons were designed and simulated using Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench, to identify the hot spots and Influence of geometry parameters and dielectric properties.
