• Developed and optimized Cu/ZnO multilayer thin film systems using RF magnetron sputtering for surface/interface engineering and CO₂ hydrogenation applications. • Performed thin film deposition, substrate preparation, solvent cleaning, wet chemical processing, HF etching, and laser microstructuring for controlled fabrication of multilayer architectures. • Applied XPS, SEM, XRD, XRR, and AFM to investigate surface composition, morphology, crystallographic structure, film thickness, roughness, and interfacia

• Supported operational monitoring and analysis within a renewable energy and power sector environment. • Worked with operational datasets, issue tracking, reporting, and coordination to support day to day energy operations.

• Fabricated Zn-doped β-Ga₂O₃ thin films using sputter deposition and investigated relationships between processing conditions and material properties. • Characterized structural and optical properties of thin films using XRD, XRR, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. • Performed sample preparation, experimental planning, thin film characterization, data analysis, and interpretation as part of the M.Tech research project.

Worked on the design and simulation of thermal energy storage systems, gaining experience in energy system analysis, engineering calculations, and technical research.
