Paved the stone for TAP CRM & designed the end to end experience single handedly. Revamped the UI/UX and implement design style, standards, and guidelines across product, assuring quality, consistency and clear consistent communication. Major contribution in Tekion ARC Design System. (core member of DS team) I dedicated time to spend with team to resolve their challenges and issues and encouraged their personal and professional development.

As Lead, Contributed & Managed key accounts with internal & external teams on multiple projects. Conducted Stakeholder Workshop and provided insights into UX decisions. Collaboratively work with business teams for project planning, scoping and with developers and designers for execution. 4 of my mentees have been promoted to leadership role.

Responsible for translating product vision and business requirement into real tangible designs, creating sitemaps and complete product wireframing, defining interactions with an emphasis on micro interactions, competitive study, adapting new-age technology (AI), strategy & product visualization. Received “Employee of the Quarter” twice.

Applied research-based principles to drive the design of products that fully support end-user needs while also achieving the business vision. Led user research and interaction design processes creating persona’s, visualizations, story boards, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes. Content Design is one of the major work while designing this App. Being only designer, worked closely with developer which helped in many ways.

Building a sustainable product out of a scientific experiment was a challenge. Also devised a lot of gamification ideas around the ‘Walking on Water’ concept. Explored the verity of material. Experimented chemical reactions and sensors. Worked on verity of projects implementing UX and product design process, also worked on innovative ideas like Re-writable T-shirts, Gladius Blade(cricket bat).
